Soooo… having the gotten the self advertising bit out of the way (a girl gotta pay her bills), let’s get to what I actually want to say here.
Right…, so I have a confession to make.
The reason why I love wedding photography, is because I am a love junkie. I know, I know, most of the people in the industry love to see happy couples in love, but I mean it when I say that I am a TOTAL junkie. As in- one of my all time favourite movies is “The Notebook”. Because the ending makes me cry every single time, and because when Noah says “It wasn’t over, it still isn’t over”, there is a knot burning in my stomach due to all of the emotions running through my mind. So of course I torture myself, sob my eyes out, hug a pillow and watch this movie at regular intervals to get my love fix. Yeah, THAT much of a junkie.
And this is the reason why I chose to post this engagement session as two separate posts. While I loved the urban first part, and those images rock, the second part is the one that knocks you right in the feels and I felt it deserved it’s own space.
The gentle touches, tender smiles and the loving looks… well, they really made me wish that everyone could feel this sort of love. So… um, yeah, it’s that sort of images, and yes, they did make editing them hard, as I couldn’t stop staring at how freaking much love these two brought to this session. So for all of the love junkies out there- enjoy!
